Piedmont Regional Education Program
Charlottesville, VA 22901
The Piedmont
Regional Education Program (PREP) was established in 1975 to provide special education and related services to school divisions
in Planning District 10. In 2003, Culpeper, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock joined PREP. PREP provides quality programs
in a more cost effective manner than could be accomplished by individual school divisions pooling resources and services regionally
for students with low incidence disabilities. In addition to the Parent Resource Center (PRC), PREP offers the following services
to the participating school divisions:
-
Cedar Mountain (Culpeper) and Ivy Creek Schools
(serving students with emotional disabilities)
-
